The Process
You’ll begin with an overview of what your business will look like with all the moving parts. You’ll see the end from the beginning, the steps you’ll be taking, and how you’ll be moving through each stage.
Before the 24-hour intensive, I’ll send you a crash course on terminology, I’ll point out what you need to know, and show you how the puzzle pieces fit together.
I remember feeling like a small fish in a big ocean. What you don’t know can be intimidating, but don’t worry, I got you, and I’ll bring you up to speed in no time.
At the intensive you’ll receive a workbook that’ll walk you through the following:
One: Foundation
Think of this stage like someone opening a restaurant.
Before they open, they need a location, a menu, cooks, servers, tables, chairs, decor, a stocked fringe, a marketing plan, etc, etc, etc, you get the picture.
All this must take place before the doors swing open and before they can serve you.
So it is with your business. The foundation prepares you to interact with your people, it gets all of your ducks-in-a-row, and gets you ready to serve.
Here’s what’s inside.
Discover your Genius: What do you know? What can you teach? What have you experienced that makes you unique? Let’s find that spot in the market that no one else can fill.
Find Your Niche: You cannot be everything to everyone, nor should you want to be. Identify your tribe and dominate that space.
Identifying the Service you Offer: Where are they? Where do they want to go? How can you help them make this happen?
Message Discovery: Know the pain, fears, and frustrations of those you’ll be serving. What do they struggle with? What do they want? Where are they blind and why can you see their blind spots? Let them see that you know them better than they know themselves.
Get your Delivery Vehicle Ready: Take your genius zone, organize it, and package it up in an articulate, proprietary way.
Positioning: How do you show up in the marketplace? How are you viewed? We’ll explore marketing material, imagery, messaging, and whether or not you need to be poised and professional.
Become Alluring: How do you get in front of your tribe? How do you get their attention? How do you engage them, build a relationship, make them want more, and compel them to buy?
Two: Credibility
(aka proudness factor)
This section teaches you how to get comfortable in your new identify. You’ll learn how to make connections, how to be consistent, influence lives, aim for impact, collect testimonies, and being darn proud of the work you’ve done.
During this stage, you’ll explore various content vehicle’s available to share your message. You’ll consider which you’re innately attracted to, hear about the work that goes into each of them, and consider which you’ll choose for the various business endeavours.
You’ll explore content vehicles for lead generation, nurturing potential customers, and then again for order fulfillment.
I’ll share my experience, give you my recommendations, and help you choose ones that will be designed specifically for you.
Three: Growth
This section is dedicated to showing you how to get in front of your potential customers into your sphere of influence.
You need to get in front of a lot of people for enough of them to show interest in what you offer, for some of them to take action towards getting to know you better, and so that a number of them will buy.
You hit this stage once your branding is dialled in, your messaging is strong, your confidence is in tact, and you have testimonies lined up.
Now, you’re ready to grow.
You’ll learn about the various types of traffic, what they entail, ponder the one(s) you’re innately attracted to, and decide which you’ll explore first. I’ll share my experience, give my recommendations, and you’ll create a game plan to you follow.
