Immediately after enrolling into the intensive, you’ll get a breakdown of business terminology and understand the overall structure of what you’ll be build. This way you can show up to the intensive prepared to ‘hit-the-ground-running.”
What you don’t know can be intimidating, I remember being in your shoes, but don’t worry, I got you, and I’ll bring you up to speed in no time.
One: Foundation
Think of this stage like someone opening a restaurant.
Before they open, they need a location, a menu, cooks, servers, tables, chairs, decor, a stocked fringe, a marketing plan, etc, etc, etc, you get the picture.
All this must take place before the doors swing open and before they can serve you.
So it is with your business. The preparation stage prepares you to interact with your people, it gets all of your ducks-in-a-row, and gets you ready to serve them.
Here’s what’s inside.
Message Creation: Identifying your personal genius, rip it apart, organize it, and package it up in an articulate, proprietary way. This is the bedrock of your business.
Find Your Niche: Identify the people you can love the most and how you’ll improve their lives. You cannot be everything to everyone, nor should you want to be. Identify your people group and dominate that space.
Market Research (refining your message): Learn how to get inside the heads of those you wish to serve. Find their pain, understand their struggle, and learn how to speak their language so that you become the obvious option to serve them.
Branding: Learn how to choose the correct images, messaging, and marketing hooks.
Marketing Content: Identify the marketing material you need to successfully run your business and populate it with your foundational content.
Customer Journey: Understand the journey it takes to being someone from a lead to a customer.
This stage will teach you about positioning, influence, perception, and how to gain a competitive advantage.
Two: Credibility
(aka proudness factor)
This section is dedicated to you getting comfortable in your new role. It’s learning the ropes, making connections, being consistent, influencing lives, aiming for impact, collecting testimonies, and being darn proud of the work you’ve done.
During this stage, you’ll explore various content vehicle’s available to share your message with the world. You’ll consider which you’re innately attracted to, learn about the work that goes into each of them, and consider which is most sustainable for you to stick with.
During this stage, you’ll explore content vehicles for lead generation, for nurturing potential students, and then again for order fulfillment.
I’ll share my experience, give you my recommendations, and help you choose ones that will be designed specifically for you.
Three: Growth
This section is dedicated to showing you how to get potential customers into your sphere of influence.
You need to get in front of a lot of people for enough of them to show interest in what you offer, for some of them to take action towards getting to know you better, and so that a number of them will buy.
You hit this stage once your branding is dialled in, your messaging is strong, your confidence is in tact, and you have testimonies lined up.
Now, you’re ready to grow.
You’ll learn about the various types of traffic, what each of them entails, ponder the one(s) you’re innately attracted to, and decide which you’ll explore first. I’ll share my experience, give you my recommendations, and together we’ll outline a personal game plan for you follow.
The Learning Format
Group coaching calls are 2x a month. Tuesday evenings. 6 in total.
I review your personal progress every month, provide feedback, direction, and suggestions. 3 reviews in total.
You get three, 1-on-1 calls with me throughout the 3 months. You book them at your convenience, as needed. The last call is focused on creating a game for you to grow.
